Removing a downtime event from counting against ratios #1099
-
Hello! Recently I discovered that one of my Upptime instances put 71 of the monitors in the "Down" state even though they were all operational. Manually running actions did not bring them back up, so I manually resolved all the open issues which did. However, now the monitors have a very long period of downtime noted, which messes up the otherwise pretty good uptime score. To remove this one instance of downtime, I tried deleting the issue, and removing the tags from the issue (Tried on two different monitors). After running all the workflows, the long period of downtime still stands. (And the monitors are correctly logged as "up" now, so I really don't know why they did not fix themselves before, scheduled actions seem to be running correctly). Is there a way to remove a downtime from the log, or at least mark it so it does not count against the uptime ratio? I really don't want to have to restart from scratch, especially if this has the ability of happening again. Note: I have tried running the "Setup CI" (Multiple times) after permanently deleting the issue related to the outage (Which removes it from the GH Page log, but not from the uptime ratio); noted here: 426 Thank you in advance for any feedback / thoughts! |
