Email address issue

Hi everyone,

I have been trying since 3 days using my college email id and I am submitting my id card but the issue is not getting solved , its either my email is wrong or the image won’t get captured please help me with this problem

You can try applying using your phone instead of a laptop because the location is usually more accurate. Make sure your GPS is on, and try using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi so it shows you're on campus. Also, make sure the browser allows location access, and use a clear photo of your student ID. If it's still not working, maybe try again from another spot on campus or contact their support for help.

Make sure your email is in the right format usually something like [email protected] or whatever your school uses officially.
Double check that your ID clearly shows your name, college name, and is not blurry sometimes low image quality causes rejections.
Try submitting from a desktop browser instead of mobile — uploads sometimes fail on mobile.
