Can't star any repo. Am I banned or something?

When I try to star any repo, I keep getting ajax-error-message saying You can’t perform that action at this time.

GitHub limits how many repositories you can star in a short period (e.g., per hour or per day) to prevent spam.
Fix:You should wait for some time to fix

Cleared cookies, disabled all extensions and switched browsers, but not fixed. I just realized I can't use comment / reply buttons too, but everything works fine on mobile app. How can I debug this?

Check JavaScript errors:
Open your browser’s Developer Tools (F12), go to the Console tab, and look for any red error messages when you try to click "Star" or "Comment".

Try incognito/private mode:
This will help rule out any cached content or hidden extensions causing problems.

If nothing works, I recommend reporting the issue to GitHub Support. Include a screenshot of the Developer Console if there are any errors.
