The Estimated Next Payout date keeps moving forward and a payout is never initiated.

In 2023 I did receive 2 payouts from GH Sponsors, but in 2024 not a single payout was done.

Response was received after a couple days and the matter was ultimately resolved:

Thanks for reaching out about this. It looks like your profile remained on manual payouts in error after switching to your new Stripe account - sorry for the trouble here.

I've corrected that now, and just issued a payout of your full balance €x.y EUR, which is set to arrive on November 4th.

I've also checked that going forward you're set to receive funds automatically, monthly, around the 22nd.

@dromer Hi, I'm having the same issue, did you submit the ticket and finally get your funds? May I know how long did it take them to fix the issue since you submitted the ticket? I'd like to see a reference to how long it took to resolve because I submitted it a week ago and still no one has responded to me...

Yes, I should've followed up: after reporting it was resolved rather quickly. I think within a couple days the monthly payouts resumed.
