I noticed that the DuckDB bottle has a bunch of static libraries included:

Are they supposed to be there or is it a bug? It almost doubles the size of the installed package.

We generally try and avoid them. Could you file a pull request to remove them?

In this case they are needed because the cmake code checks that they are present
