We explicitly disallowed FFM API usage on macOS/x64 because we've seen miscompilation problems. It turned out that this only happens when running on Rosetta 2. Therefore, this PR removes the restriction that FFM API cannot be enabled on macOS/x64.
The Problem when using FFM API on Rosetta 2 remains.
