Merge e2e and unit test profiles in the code coverage reporting solution

This issue depends on the following issues:

• Add integration with code coverage reporting solution #276
• Add code coverage reporting into make e2e #277

We need to merge reports from make test-unit and make e2e to provide better visibility into overall test coverage of our codebase.

Acceptance criteria:

• Code coverage report from unit tests and e2e tests merged together and uploaded to a code coverage reporting solution
• (Optional) We have visibility into how much coverage each test portfolio provides (e.g. unit tests cover 50%, e2e cover 80%)
