[feature request] OpenYurt Docker Extension for Simplified Deployment

What would you like to be added:
The current installation process for OpenYurt, including the Yurt Dashboard, is somewhat complex and not very user-friendly. There's an opportunity to improve this by leveraging Docker Extensions.

Why is this needed:
The idea is to develop a Docker Extension that would allow users to install and configure OpenYurt with a single click. This extension would not only simplify the setup process but also provide seamless access to the Yurt Dashboard directly from within Docker Desktop. It could significantly enhance usability, especially for developers or edge computing enthusiasts who want to quickly get started with OpenYurt.

hey @luc99hen This project idea sounds really interesting I’d love to contribute to building the Docker Extension for OpenYurt. I recently completed Google Summer of Code 2025, where I worked on improving developer tools, and I think this project would be a great fit for me.
Are there any good first issues I could look at or any prerequisites I should go through before getting started?

This might be a naive question, but will the OpenYurt Docker Extension have its own separate repository, or will it live inside the main OpenYurt repo?
Also, for the Docker Extension UI — do you plan to match it exactly to the existing Yurt Dashboard for consistency, or will there be a separate design?

some of my work includes:

• notion integration for rocketchat and after two years community still use my work as reference to build their own integration.
• extensions for twentycrm (YCS23) and openstatus.

This is a great idea having a Docker Extension for OpenYurt could definitely lower the barrier to entry and speed up experimentation, especially for those new to the platform.

For context, I recently got selected for Google Summer of Code 2025, where I redesigned the entire UI controller for Apache Kvrocks, contributing 7000+ lines of code. My work there also involved using Docker extensively for local development and testing.

If there’s interest, I’d be happy to contribute to designing and implementing the extension’s interface, ensuring it’s intuitive and integrates well with Docker Desktop.
