Test Improvements: - Remove non-existent command tests (hello, hello world) - Update tests to match actual command implementations - Fix TypeScript errors in test files Code Quality: - Add zod dependency for schema validation - Use node: prefix for all native imports - Improve type safety across commands - Standardize error handling patterns - Apply consistent code formatting No functional changes to commands, purely fixes and improvements.
