Replace CfAPI-generated content #39
Description
All calls to the the CfAPI (including the issue finders widgets and project listings) are now returning 404 errors from the new codeforamerica.org website. I'm not sure if this is a temporary issue while they apparently transition to a new system, but this leads be to believe that we may be better off pulling this information directly from the GitHub API.
