Create a revised “Getting Started” Page

We would like to revise our “Getting Started” page to display three new columns, each listing our new website subpages.

• Create an HTML copy of the index.html file in opensmc.github.io/getstarted/ and upload via Git (or create the file directly on Github)
• Make a pull request to upload your file to the repository (/opensmc.github.io)
