Generated resource attributes are missing from internal printed logs #13110

What happened?
Describe the bug
After the implementation to #12582, the attributes under .service.telemetry.resource are added to the console logger. But some other attributes that are generated, will not be printed (but they will be sent via OTLP).
This ticket is to also add them to the printed resource attributes.
