[Bug] Investigate hard failures while running echcheck on specific targets #1728
Description
This is a follow up on the issue in the comment here: #1725 (comment), reported by ooniprobe users. It seems echcheck fails with a panic when the target is min-ng.test.defo.ie. We should investigate why this happens and also ensure that the test in general does not panic on targets.
