Horizontal scroll gone

The horizontal scroll to my mouse now only registers as downward scroll for both directions, not left nor right.

(Also if it's possible to fix it, can we get the option to make the horizontal scroll reverse/natural? The default to my non-magic mouse is not in line with the vertical scroll: vertical is reverse/natural while horizontal is point-direction-wise)

i do confirm too that this is an issue with mouses with horizontal scroll (tried Logi Mx3 and Keychron M5)
