Add benchmark testing & data

Thanks for your great job to create ninjaipc it's a very good project that only uses one header file to implement IPC support both shared memory and sync object.

After I quick viewed the code base, I can't find a benchmark test case and also the benchmark data, besides the test folder has very limited cases.

To make ninjaipc better to use, and also show its power and advantage, benchmark is very important. Please consider to add the benchmark data if possible.
