Enhancement - support for Block Volume - Volume Groups and Volume Group Backup

The current module supports block volume and block volume backup, however support for Volume Groups a Volume Group Backup is not currently implemented.
Volume Groups are interesting because:
Volume groups simplify the process to create time-consistent backups of running enterprise applications that span several storage volumes across several instances. You can then restore an entire group of volumes from a volume group backup.

Hope this functionality can be added in a future release, including the option to define volume group backup’s.

Support for Volume Group is not on our current roadmap, but we expect it can be incorporated in the future within broader DR and multi-region support. On your behalf, we have created an enhancement ticket in our backlog.
