Add the given static line to package output

This project follows the [all-contributors](https://github.com/kentcdodds/all-contributors) specification.

We would like to automate writing this line after creating the contributors table.
So, the package behaviour would be like

#7 took care of implementing this enhancement through our snippet, although package code needs to be modified as well so as to allow this functionality when the boilerplate is not initialised through the snippet addcon-i.
