Adds edit link to doc pages. I also went through and used the variable to replace the git url where possible. I found a css-only method to make the pencil icon. I'm no designer but I think it looks pretty good! I zoomed in/out and checked it on mobile-sized windows and there were no issues. I looked at a bunch of pages and I think everything works perfectly!
