Dear,
I am not sure if anyone can help me solve this, but I got one silly question about GraphML exporting.
Well, when I exported the graphML after Force-directed layout and reimport into Gephi, I found there is no individual antibody information. For example, I would like to see the CD3+ cells in Gephi, there is no label like that. How can I import the information like that and where can I get this compatible for Force-directed layout.
