Update the nightly tests to run that latest published version of npm packages

Currently the tests are running against the version specified in package.json

Hi @critesjosh . I intend to do this, and here is my plan.

Implementation Plan for Nightly Tests Using Latest npm Package Versions

Objective:
Update all nightly test workflows to install and test against the latest published versions of npm packages, rather than only those pinned in package.json.

1. Identify All Nightly Workflows

• Locate every GitHub Actions workflow that runs on a scheduled basis (i.e., includes a schedule: trigger).

2. Find JS Dependency Installation Steps

• In each workflow, identify steps that install JavaScript dependencies (typically using yarn install or npm install).

3. Add Dependency Upgrade Step for Nightly Runs

• Before the dependency installation step, add steps to upgrade all dependencies in package.json to their latest versions.
• Use npm-check-updates (ncu) for this purpose.
• Ensure these steps only run for scheduled (nightly) workflows using if: github.event_name == 'schedule'.

4. Apply Changes to All Relevant Subprojects

• Repeat this process for every subdirectory in the repository that uses npm/yarn (e.g., solidity-example/js, recursion/js, web-starter/web/vite, web-starter/web/webpack, web-starter/web/nextjs, etc.).

5. Verify and Monitor

• After implementing the changes, verify that nightly runs use the latest versions of npm dependencies by inspecting workflow logs and generated lockfiles.
• Ensure that tests complete and that any failures are properly reported via the issue creation step.

6. Document the Change

• Add comments to the workflow files or repository documentation to clarify that nightly runs use the latest npm package versions.

Outcome:
Nightly test runs will always use the newest versions of npm dependencies, helping to proactively catch breaking changes or incompatibilities introduced by upstream updates.
