Update dependencies and Nimiq CSS specially

Updating to Nuxt 4 is a bit problematic.

With Nuxt 3 with Nuxt 4 flag activated works.

The problem is that Nuxt 4 does not allow to have dynamic modules in the nuxt.config.ts.

We rely on dynamic modules since we need to add @nuxthub/core for nuxthub environments but not for the production site.

Installing the module using custom logic in a custom module also yields some issues:
