Minimal reproduction of the bug/regression with instructions
tsconfig.editor.json gives a "Cannot find type definition file for 'vitest/globals'" warning.
test-setup.ts has BrowserDynamicTestingModule and platformBrowserDynamicTesting deprecations.
Expected behavior
This seems to be mostly unused boilerplate. I don't know if you want to remove this or fix it.
