Releasing a new version

Hey Guys,

Any chance of getting a new version released?

I see that the fix went in to get it working with NBConvert 6.0, but a new version hasn't been released.

If not, I can just fork it and use it in my current work. I imagine everyone maintaining this is super busy!

TBH I’m not working on this anymore, feel free to fork or whatever. There’s also e.g. nbsphinx.
