Out of curiosity; it seems the difference between the old way of specifying (for older pipelines on older nextflow versions) and the current is intentional, but I can't think of a case where it makes sense, care to tell why? |

Janelia's compute cluster resources have been upgraded since this config was first published.
I have updated the config with the new max and default values for cpu/memory/runtime.
