paramiko out of date

requirements.txt includes this version of paramiko:

paramiko==1.15.2

When using a recent version of Python such as 3.7 or 3.10 to run bees, it leads to this error:

self._close(async=True)
                ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Bees usage is blocked. You may manually upgrade paramiko. At least it will get beyond that error.
