• Resolved backward compatibility for layers install --upgrade command. newrelic/newrelic-lambda-layers#384 introduced multiple Layers for Nodejs runtime; normal with opentelemetry & slim without opentelemetry creating issue during layers upgrade. by @Sashwatdas123 in #350
