Allow the removal or deletion of systems imported by "Load missions from selected commander".
As of version 1.7.1 if you try to "Remove Selected" system from the Custom Routing screen that were loaded from missions , you see the following message:
" System '{insert name}' is a mission system - not deleted"
Sometimes certain BGS strategies require purposely failing missions for different minor factions. One of the ways to fail a mission is to let it expire. (Failing missions affect the minor faction by negative INF, where as simply abandoning mission only affect the REP with current CMDR)
If you have a mixture of both positive and negative INF missions you sometimes do not want to include those missions in your "optimized route" .
