Sublime Text 3, php file Goto Symbol problem

Enabling this module in Sublime Text 3 causes a large number of "class" lines to appear in the Goto Symbol list when editing php files.

Seems unusual that a sass package would have effect on what happens when editing a php file but apparently it does?

Any ideas?
