The weather Widget doesn't work properly

It seems that there is a problem with the weather component, and there is an issue with communication with OpenWeather? I am using the free plan API, which cannot display the weather forecast, but other components are working normally.

I have the same issue for since around three months. I generated a new API key, but that didn't help either.

This is because OpenWeather changed their subscription plan, and the onecall api now requires a credit card to subscribe. By switching down to 2.5/weather and 2.5/forecast, we can still make things work without having to subscribe to any of these plans.

Thank you very much. After using your modified script, the Widget works correctly. Unfortunately, only the current data is available; the future data is missing, leaving the bottom right corner empty.
