Release workflow

  1. Update version number and changes in README.md
  2. Update version number in install
  3. Update version number in remove
  4. Tag release: git tag -a va.b.c -m 'Version a.b.c'
  5. Push master & tag to GitHub: git push origin master && git push origin va.b.c
