Because this is in a Docker container, we do have to manually install CMake here.

This fixes the arm32 Linux setup, as far as possible, but after that, the build will fail because we still don't have Qt 6.9 on arm32 Linux. For that reason, I've disabled the arm32 build in the last commit, so that a potential contributor can easily enable it again after providing us with a way to get Qt 6.9 binaries. |
