3. MMMM is shown in placeholder and value as opposed to MMM

Current behavior

Accessibility user is notified it's an abbreviated four letter month MMMM when they enter the input value

Expected behavior

Accessibility user is notified it's an abbreviated three letter month MMM when they enter the input value
