[charts] Create a more detailed tooltip for `SankeyChart`

@mui/xcharts looking into building a tooltip like this. Styling is "done", but do you think this should be the default for nodes or should it be provided differently?

If not the default, should we do slots?

That seems like a good default. My only concern is complex sankeys might create a huge tooltip, which might overflow the screen especially in mobile.

True. I was thinking this might not be super useful though, like, what information are we showing here that doesn't already exist in the chart itself?

Maybe we should only show total and loss in the tooltip

The exact values if you don't display labels.

Could it be a slotProps showNodeInputs showNodeOutput that add the section input/output to the tooltip?

@alexfauquette Can probably be on the component itself since it is isolated, doesn't make much sense to me to hide this in the slotProps if it is not going to affect any other component
