[charts] Drill down in series with data grid

Summary

This issue is about allowing end-users to drill down into the data by seeing the records that are used to show the charts in a data grid.

The problems this could solve:

• Is this frequent? Provide a better export experience compared to [charts] Export to Excel #14246. Maybe you don't need to export all the data, but you want to select a few value without having to open a CSV.
• A duplicate? Allow to manipulate what the charts shows, e.g. to plot a different chart, further filtering down into the data. But I wonder. Why is fixing [data grid] Add data visualization / charts #12021 not the solution?
• Else?
