The ROS1 ONNX node returns the whole array, whereas the ROS2 node only returns the first object. #23

The ROS1 ONNX runtime ROS node publishes a Marker Array with all objects matching criteria. The ROS2 ONNX Runtime ROS Node only publishes the first.

Publishing the whole array is far more useful.
