Older Firmware for Pan Cam V3

Is there any soecific older firmware version for the pan cam v3 that will allow it to work again without the IOTC timeout issue? I know the firmware version for the non-Pan V3 has been posted. Also, is there old rtsp firmware for the pan cam v3?

Also interested in this. Iirc there were some links posted in other issues on this repo, but it was not straight forward to flash them.
