Modified the example to more-closely match the implementation in
webgl_camera.html.It appears there was previously an issue with webGPU not honoring the scissor rectangle with clear(), which I thought was consistent with the spec, but it seems to be working here.
I also made the particles white so as to see them more clearly in both panels.
