This commit adds the Simplified Chinese translation for the WebXR "Point to Select" tutorial page. The translated file is located at: manual/zh/webxr-point-to-select.html This helps improve accessibility for Chinese-speaking developers learning WebXR and Three.js. Related to mrdoob#31573
