This PR removes
software_lines_colors,software_lines_cubesandsoftware_lines_cubes. The demos were not listed infiles.js. I guesssoftware_lines_splinesis sufficient as a line example forSoftwareRenderer. Besides, the FPS of the removed examples was horrible. At least on my machine...Besides, i've removed some unnecessary includes and variables in
svg_sandbox,svg_linesandsoftware_lines_splines.
