Description
As far as I can tell, there is no scene.environmentRotation being applied in WebGPURenderer or TSL.
Same goes for material.envMapRotation.
However, there is a reference to it in the TSL Specification, at .envNode: https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/wiki/Three.js-Shading-Language#lighting.
Solution
Implement scene.environmentRotation and material.envMapRotation.
Alternatives
Add an .envMapRotation node to TSL, or a rotation parameter to .envNode?

Would be happy to be proven wrong on this!
On a related topic, is there a roadmap on which features are implemented or not in WebGPURenderer and TSL?
