Add support for calculating maximum speed (over some interval)

Hi,
would be possible to integrate the calculation of Max Speed?
Probably it would require as parameter a certain time range:
for example max speed can be in a range of 1 sec (istantaneous), 5 sec, 20 sec...

I have a GPX file where the returned max speed value is unrealistically high (biking with 149km/h max speed - I wish :P).
Has anybody else experienced this?

I'll try to investigate it in more depth and try to create a GPX that reproduces this... Just leaving this here in case someone already knows more about this...
