Make the commentary (Gleanotations) searchable in the Glean Dictionary #2291

When searching the Glean dictionary (specifically, this is a request form the iOS team), we would like to also search the Glean annotations / commentary markdowns as well.
Other thoughts: It might be useful if searching the commentary section could be explicit, similar to the preexisting tag:, name:, etc. prefixes.
Background Motivation
For the iOS telemetry audit (started H1 2025), we are interested in introducing a new telemetry processes and a taxonomy. We would like to start using the Glean dictionary as a source of truth, and to do that, we should start properly leverage the glean commentary sections. This would allow us to provide additional context (historical information, rename information, reference images, etc.) on various metrics. It would be very helpful if this information could then also be searchable.
