Reevaluate data_sensitivity handling and impact on downstream tools #2222
Description
With the upcoming 3-0-0 schema revision, the data_sensitivity field will become mandatory. Currently, we only display this data if it's detected in the metadata. Once this revision takes effect, we should reassess whether this remains the best approach to surface that information and evaluate the impact on downstream tools, such as the search API, GLAM, etc.
