Cannot open any of the .dat archives from the newest game from developer Valkyria (魔想の果のスノウホワイト)

While at a glance the game's files look like the they did in previous games from this developer garbro is now unable to open any of the .dat files. 
If anyone stumbles across this and knows of a fix, I'd be grateful.
