This PR is meant to address visual issues and incorrect references only.

Changes in this PR:

• Put ADR status on Top
• Changed status refernces According to ADR 001: Accepted instead of Approved and Proposed instead of Draft
• Fixed references to the name of the product: ComposeUI instead of Compose

Out of Scope:

• Revisiting the status of ADR 9
• Revisiting content of ADRs - please do that on individual PRs.
• Adding Missing ADRs
