Hang on. It seems like there were 2 ways of fixing this issue: by adding the submodule (done in #14) or by removing the pointer to lib/openzeppelin-contracts (done in #11). Then it looks like #14 was merged in, but do we want to revert that and do #11 instead?

• For most users, the functionalities provided by this repo include the OpenZeppelin (OZ) submodule. However, if someone prefers to use custom contracts instead of OZ contracts, they would need to remove that dependency.

• If we exclude the OZ submodule—similar to how the hello_foundry starter repo is configured (you can find more details here)—users who wish to utilize the OZ submodule can install it separately. This also eliminates the need for removal if it's not going to be used. This, I believe, is a more standard way, while the first approach is more cover-all approach.
