The Bug:
The bot Arisa will not reply or doing automated process like duplicating ticket or reopening the tickets after provided an answer from the user.

Expected behavior:
In the old website of bugs.mojang.com with connection with the old jira, the bot Arisa will be doing automatic actions like closing the duplicated tickets or reopening the issues when you have replied the neccesary information to the report.
