xref #1647

This allows facetting by nested cv run to visualize if there exists significant difference in performance among the runs.

Usage example:

plotHyperParsEffect(data, x = "C", y = "sigma", z = "acc.test.mean",
  plot.type = "heatmap", interpolate = "regr.earth", facet = "nested_cv_run")
