Basic code changes in inference_result_v5.1 for reproducibility

The custom system is able to be detected when we pass the required system name to SYSTEM_NAME env variable and create a json file with the same name inside the systems folder(inference_results_v5.1/closed/nvidia/systems)

Getting the following error now:

We have generate_config_file function till v5.0 which was used to generate custom system config that I am not seeing in v5.1.
