Works on android videos but not on iphone videos. #2562

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first
- Try with a different kind of file to confirm that the problem is related to just this file.
- Try with the newest version from GitHub
- Read the documentation and FAQ, Known issues, Troubleshooting
- Search for your problem under Issues or Discussions
Steps to reproduce
I import the file I want to edit into lossless cut.
Expected behavior
It should bring up the video in the app, so that I can cut it into segments.
Actual behavior
It uploads normally for a few microseconds, then the entire screen greys out. This happens with every .mov file from my iPhone 15, but doesn't happen with any of the .mp4 files from my galaxy s24.
Provide an error report
When I click the error report, nothing happens, the screen remains grey
Share the file
I emailed the file plus a screen recording of what happens when I try to edit it.
Share log from developer tools
Everything remains grey no matter what menu options I choose. nothing happens when I open developer tools or try to run an error report.
